If your payment gateway/payment processor currently relies on a static IP address, it will stop working after the migration.
What you need to do:
If you're using a 2-tier gateway, upgrade to a more secure, modern payment gateway.
While we don’t require you to change to EventsAir Pay, you may want to consider the potential advantages.
Other gateways may also require changes.
Please check with your account manager / review the information we email to you regarding the availability of EventsAir Pay for your region and organization.
If needed, contact us so we can help you make the necessary changes before the cutover.
If you do nothing, your payment gateway will stop working.
