Accommodation Setup

Room Release Log dates were not correct.
Dates in the Room Release Log correctly match the Room Availability dates that were released.
Accounting Panel
What was the problem?

Currency Symbols other than $ not displaying correctly.
In Accounting Panel, the Financial Summary section now matches the Currency Symbol set for the event.
New Invoices (under Accounting>Supplier Invoice Management) did not have Approved checkbox enabled.
In Accounting Panel, under Supplier Invoice Management > New Invoice Entry, the "Approved" checkbox is visible and can be enabled.
Agenda Panel

Padding style problems when adding Sponsors to Agenda items using New or Existing contact records.
Adding a Sponsor to an agenda item by clicking Add a New Contact or Select an Existing Contact displays correctly.
Agenda Builder 'span additional tracks' function not working.
In Agenda Builder, sessions spanning additional tracks display correctly under the other tracks.
Application Setup

User Role dropdown menu not displaying correctly.
When creating a New User or modifying an Existing User's permissions, User Role dropdown is now correctly positioned.
Module color inconsistent in User Setup screen.
User Setup screen displays correct module colors.
Default Sender Number was mandatory in External Connections>ClickSend Text Message Gateway
In Application Setup -> External Connections, there's no need to set a Default Sender Number when setting up a ClickSend Text Message Gateway.
Attendee App
What was the problem?

Allow Photo Uploads stayed in Attendee App even when disabled in EventStream.
Disabling the Allow Photo Uploads option in the Attendee App EventsStream setup will now also remove the option from the Attendee App.
Extra 'back' button on Attendee App after Live Q&A.
Normal display when closing the Attendee App after a session with Live Q&A enabled.
Attendee Panel
What was the problem?

Custom Field checkboxes set as mandatory weren't marked as mandatory fields.
In the Attendee Panel, Custom Field checkboxes set as mandatory are now marked with a red asterisk and save as expected.
Problems (unexpected movement of seats) when allocating on previously saved Table Plans.
Saved Table Plans for Functions will work as expected when returning later to add attendees to seats.
Wrong Group Contact font color.
The Group Contact font color is now correct when looking at Linking information for an Attendee.
IMPROVEMENT
When viewing Credit Card Vault details for an individual Attendee, expiry details are now disabled/grayed out.
Sometimes background color would be dark gray when opening second or subsequent screens.
Opening a new screen in EventsAir displays the background color as expected.
Documents linked to Document Contact Custom Field not deleting.
Deleting a Document Contact Custom Field now also removes any associated previously uploaded documents.
When using Contact Store, changes not linking correctly between Marketing Tags in Contact Records and Interactive Sites.
Marketing Tags that are changed or removed via an Interactive Site now update the Attendee/Contact Records in linked Events or Contact Stores (and vice versa).
CE Courses

Unable to add extra CE course when applying Discount Code.
More than one CE Course can be associated with a Discount Code.
CE Courses in Attendee Panel would clear filters if another filter was opened and closed.
When filtering CE Courses in the Attendee Panel, closing and reopening filter search panel does not affect other filters.
IMPROVEMENT
In CE Course Setup screen, the course unique code now shows before the course name
IMPROVEMENT
In CE Course Setup screen, Search to Select a Course now has a (x) button to clear search (without having to click back to search screen).
IMPROVEMENT
When searching in the CE Course Setup Screen, selecting a single course opens the course setup screen. Selecting multiple courses shows them in the side bar.
Communications Panel

Problems saving Advertisements in EventStream Manager.
Advertisements with images can successfully be uploaded via EventStream Manager.
Posts stuck in Queued from 'Send News, Alerts and Posts' in EventStream.
‘Send News, Alerts and Posts’ will post to EventStream and Update button works as expected.
IMPROVEMENT
Single Use Only Auto Login Token now gives "Link Expired" message and directs user to a new registration site if clicked again.
Make Connection goal in Meeting Hub - intermittent error.
Make Connection goal in Meeting Hub (OnAir Virtual Event Portal or Attendee App) links to database and works as expected.
Event Website
What was the problem?

Presentation Documents not deleting from website.
Presentation Documents deleted from a Presentation Record will also be deleted/not visible from the Event Website.
Countdown to event timer not displaying correctly.
The countdown component works correctly on both Previewed and Published Event Websites.
Exhibition Portal/Exhibition Set Up

Errors as a result of 'Allow Cancelation up to...' field in Exhibition Portal not being marked as mandatory.
In the Exhibition Portal, the field "Allow Cancelation up to {date}" is now mandatory and portal will save correctly as a result.
Problems editing background and stand number (Exhibition Floor Plan).
The Exhibition Floor Plan will now save correctly after editing background color and/or stand number (in Stands and Stand Types).
Express Actions
What was the problem?

Problems with Import Data function in Express Actions (Billing Address related).
Under Express Actions, Import Data, data including Billing Address Fields will now successfully import.
In Function Table Allocation, Apply Allocation button enabled too early.
In Express Actions, under Function Table Allocation, the Apply Allocation button is now only enabled after a selection has been made.
Problems with Import Data function in Express Actions (photo related).
Under Express Actions, Import Data, data including photos will now successfully import.
In Express Actions, Function Table Allocation checkbox for remaining attendees was re-allocating attendees.
Under Express Actions, Function Table Allocation, ticking the "Allocate all remaining attendees" will function as intended.
Quick Export not working when specific modules were included.
Quick Export works as expected once more.
HTML Editor

Auto-login fields making spacing problems in HTML Editor.
HTML Editor is displayed in a more user-friendly size.
Interactive Sites
What was the problem?
What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)
Spanish and Japanese web browsers not seeing AM or PM travel times.
When looking at an interactive site, users whose web browsers are set to Spanish or Japanese language now see AM or PM for Custom Inbound Time and Custom Outbound Time fields.
Field Logic incorrectly implemented for some Interactive Site components.
Field Logic has been removed for Data Processing Consent, Sign In Page and Thank You Pages when building an Interactive Site.
Marketing Sub Tags creating issues with Interactive Site Builder.
Interactive Site Builder should still function as expected even when multiple Marketing Sub Tags have been created.
Interactive Site display errors under specific circumstances.
Interactive Sites using Curve Theme displays correctly even when some registration types are set to not visible using Field Logic.
Note Type dropdowns duplicating in some circumstances.
When enabling Additional Payment Option in an Interactive Site Payment page, Note Types dropdown will function as expected even when linked to a contact store.
Interactive site not saving when logic was added to specific components (whole component Marketing, Registration, Functions); based only on certain components.
When logic is added to any whole component (and based on any component) while building an interactive site, it now saves successfully.
OnAIR
What was the problem?

Discussion Forum not loading if no last name visible.
Discussion Forum will still work, even if commenter's last name has not been given or is not visible due to opting out.
Presentation Items in Resource Gallery not displaying under particular circumstances.
Even if a Presentation item is linked to a session that doesn't yet have a date, the item can still be seen in the Resource Gallery in OnAir (2D, 3D and Remote Attendee Mode).
Audio auto-mute when viewing Synched Sessions in Admin Mode.
Watching a Synchronized Session with Admin Mode enabled in an OnAir Virtual Event Portal no longer automatically mutes playback audio.
Zoom JWT app validation process not working (event notification endpoint URL)
Event notifications set up via Zoom’s JWT app now work as expected. (New fields have been added to the Live Stream Platform Setup screen when creating a Zoom Account. Please contact Support for more information on how to set this up.) Background: This issue arose when Zoom added new validation requirements.
OnAIR (AIRCast)

Static Images not always loading from Media Bay to Preview.
In AirCast Studio, Static Images from the Media Bay should now successfully upload to Preview.
Presentation Portal
What was the problem?

Automatic assignment of reviewers to papers not working properly.
Presentations submitted via the Presentation Portal now allocated reviewers according to what's been set up (under Automatically Add Reviewer to Papers function).
Project Panel

Problems filtering task by date in Project Manager.
Filtering tasks by date now works as expected in Project Manager.
Remote Attendee Portal

Long time zone labels cut off on some devices.
When accessing the Remote Attendee portal on a mobile device, long Time Zone labels now display correctly.
Hard-to-read (dark type on dark background) labels in Remote Attendee (Light Mode).
Remote Attendee (Light Mode) label fonts and colors are now easier to read.
Problems with video window for single Poster Presenter.
A single Poster Presenter joining via the Remote Attendee Portal now has a correctly sized video window.
Blank Exhibitor Logo space in Remote Attendee Portal Virtual Exhibition.
In a Remote Attendee Portal Virtual Exhibition Live Presentation, if there's no logo, the Exhibitor name will be shown in its place.
Portal sponsor banner display
Portal Sponsor banners now display and rotate correctly in Remote Attendee portal.
Survey
