Agenda Builder
What was the problem?
What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)
The Agenda Panel would freeze temporarily if the Agenda Builder had been used to remove all items listed on a particular day. (Could be fixed by switching to a different panel and then back again.)
You can delete all items from a day in the Agenda Builder without problems.
Application Setup
What was the problem?
What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)
“Platform is required” was displayed in External Connections (Streaming Platform) even when a valid platform was selected
Platform can be selected as normal.
Apps (Organizer & Attendee Apps)
What was the problem?
What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)
Images couldn’t be deleted from Static Content.
Static Content images in both Attendee App and Organizer App work as expected.
Deleting (an) image(s) in Attendee App Static Content from a cloned app or event would cause an error.
Images can now be deleted as normal even from cloned Attendee Apps/in cloned events.
“Back” button wasn’t visible after selecting an agenda item in the Attendee App.
Navigation from the agenda in Attendee App works as expected.
Contact Record
What was the problem?
What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)
Trying to update a presentation review item with a ‘number’ review criteria type would result in an error message.
You can successfully use numbers as review criteria once more.
Clearing information from a custom field (on any module in the contact record) wasn’t deleting the information. This only applied to contact custom fields that were not checkbox, text, or HTML type.
Data in these fields can now be deleted as normal.
Within EventsAir, (i.e. not visible to the public), the Company Logo label was misaligned in the Exhibitions module.
This is now correctly aligned.
Communications
What was the problem?
What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)
The Selected Records tab wasn’t appearing when trying to edit queued posts with a filter applied.
You no longer need to select All Records then go back to Specific Filter to see the Selected Records tab on queued posts.
Editing merge doc marketing emails resulted in formatting errors, but only when sent to Gmail addresses.
Merge doc emails display correctly in Gmail once more.
Messages in Outbox could not be moved into Queued Communications.
Queue button appears as it should when viewing an email in the Outbox.
Planned Communications emails sent from a custom email domain (set up in External Connections) would send as normal, but displayed the ‘from’ domain twice when viewed in EventsAir.
Sender address displays correctly even when from a custom domain.
Online Panel - Interactive Sites
What was the problem?
What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)
Saving an empty value in a “Travel Type” field would prevent site from being re-opened.
It’s no longer possible to clear the Travel Type field.
The ‘dates visible’ setting (for Agenda Sessions on an interactive site) wasn’t showing in the browser app.
Setting visibility dates for agenda sessions will once more work as expected.
Clearing the input type in a ‘document’ Contact Custom Field would result in the interactive site no longer working.
There’s no longer an option to clear this field.
Interactive site dropdowns displayed all currencies (from all events).
Currency drop-down now only shows the currencies enabled for the specific event.
Event Dashboard wasn’t correctly indicating a live interactive site.
Green tick on the Event Dashboard indicates a live interactive site (during valid live dates).
Specific interactive site logic operations (page display or page validation logic based on greater than or less than a numerical value), didn’t work correctly.
Page now loads and works correctly when using logic operations based on greater or less than a certain number.
Interactive site performance (especially on sign-in page) was affected if a function fee type used a ‘number’ input type, AND there was also a logic rule depending on that field.
Display logic based on function fee types with number inputs no longer impacts performance.
Interactive site component logic was overriding an item’s visibility dates.
Items are only shown on an interactive site if they follow date visibility rules and component logic (if both of these have been set).
When attempting to add an extra condition to a logic rule but accidentally clearing the “AND/OR” dropdown was preventing the site from loading later.
The AND/OR field can no longer be cleared when adding an extra logic rule.
Logic to display a component, when based on a marketing tag, was not working correctly.
Logic based on marketing tags now works as it should.
Online Panel - Other
What was the problem?
What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)
No error message when trying to add a custom domain (for an event website) that’s already in use.
There’s now a warning when attempting to add a custom domain (as an event domain) if it’s already being used.
If the ‘read only until’ or ‘allow block until’ or ‘allow meeting cancelation until’ date fields were cleared/left empty in the Meeting Page of the Meeting Diary Portal, it would stop the portal from loading.
These date fields are now mandatory (portal cannot be saved if these dates are empty).
Name badge templates used in a deleted Onsite Portal couldn’t be deleted from the event.
Badge templates can now be deleted as normal.
Express Actions
What was the problem?
What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)
Bulk Change filter not working if set too quickly when number of attendees exceeds approx. 12,000
Filtering in the Bulk Change Express Action will operate as expected, even for large events when set quickly.
Trying to import data for a custom field set up as a checkbox (using a spreadsheet with “True” to indicate box should be checked) didn’t work.
When data is imported, if a checkbox field is ‘true’ it will check the box.
Gamification
What was the problem?
What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)
Using “Additional Information” on a gamification goal would accidentally clear the name and type of goal.
You can successfully include additional information with goals.
Sandbox
What was the problem?
What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)
In some circumstances, sandbox events were unable to be created.
Sandbox events can be created.
Payments
What was the problem?
What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)
Charge to Another Contact (as a payment status) not always prompting user to choose the person who would be paying.
If this payment status is enabled, it won’t save unless the other contact record has also been selected.
Disabling the “Charge to another contact” feature (in Set up) after a registration item’s payment status had been set to this, then later canceled, would make the payment status blank.
The original payment status will still be retained, even if the setting is later disabled.
Trying to change a payment status from “Charge to another contact” to “Canceled – charge to another contact” would result in an error message
You can now select “Canceled – charge to another contact” as a payment status.
Project Manager
What was the problem?
What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)
If HTML was accidentally entered into Task Notes in a Run Sheet, it would actively run as code, creating errors.
Any code entered here is now sanitized.
Team member filter not working correctly in Project Manager.
The filter for only seeing events related to that Team Member works now as it should.
Reports
What was the problem?
What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)
Some users unable to run Attendee Balance Outstanding report.
Report will now run without issue.
Meeting Schedule report did not indicate shared diary appointments
Report now indicates a shared meeting diary appointment.
Setup
What was the problem?
What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)
Misaligned date fields in Registration Type – Include In Catering Count section. (Visible to users only, not public.)
Date fields/calendar icons now align correctly.
When creating a new travel sector, the Port and Carrier Type selection field wasn’t clearing properly (and would suggest data from the previous entry)
Data entry now works as expected when setting up new Travel Sectors.
Setup (Event Preferences)
What was the problem?
What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)
The ‘save’ button wasn’t available after enabling and authorizing the CE Course module in event set up.
You no longer have to make changes to see the save button after adding CE Course module.
Table Allocation
What was the problem?
What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)
Table Allocation was incorrectly using UTC+0 as the basis of the ‘dates allowed until’ then converting this to the event time zone without this being obvious to the user.
These fields now behave the same way as other similar fields (i.e. dates and times remain as entered, and are based on the event time zone).
Zoom Integration
What was the problem?
What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)
Zoom deprecation of JWT App.
Zoom integration can now be set up using Server-to-Server OAuth App and SDK Meeting App (see revised information here).
Improvements - Third-party video playback (OnAIR & Attendee App)
What’s been improved? (What you’ll now experience)
More third-party on-demand video platforms are available to embed (as video URLs) for playback in both OnAIR and the Attendee App. Previously, this was available for YouTube and Vimeo but now other platforms can be used, and embedded videos should maintain original quality and aspect ratio during playback
