CE Courses
What was the problem?

Error message was displayed when trying to clone a CE Course. [On-screen message referred to Credit Type but this wasn’t the issue.]
CE Courses can once more be successfully cloned.
Communications
What was the problem?

Intermittent issue where Source Code and Show Blocks options sometimes didn’t appear when editing HTML emails.
All editing options now available.
A Merge Doc with My Agenda component would display previous CE Courses, even if ‘Future Dated items” was selected.
All items in My Agenda calendar (including CE Courses) now display as they should in Merge Docs.
URL to unsubscribe from Marketing merge doc emails changed, resulting in a broken link.
Link now works as it should.
Intermittent issue with merge doc generation when using ContactId variable.
Merge doc creation using custom fields operates as expected.
Imports

GDS Data sent from Trondent/Sabre to EventsAir wasn’t populating into Express Actions.
GDS data can now be imported via Express Actions as normal.
Interactive Sites
What was the problem?

For a function with 4 or more Guest Fee types, when “Create Guests as Records” was enabled, the function item wasn’t creating properly.
Even with more than four guest fee types, function records will create properly for both attendees and their guests.
Function discount codes not working with Groups in Interactive Sites.
Interactive site discount codes now work as expected for group bookings for Functions.
Page display logic based on country name sometimes wouldn’t work if the country name included a space.
All country names (including those with spaces) now work as expected to validate logic in interactive sites.
Organizer App

HTML5 version of Organizer App displayed error when opening.
HTML 5 version of Organizer App now opens normally.
Setup Panel
What was the problem?

Intermittent issue (appeared to be constantly loading) when creating new Notes and Marketing Tags.
Creating and updating items now happens more quickly so you can proceed with other tasks.
Travel items added as Sectors or Custom Inbound/Outbound would result in errors if Enable Time Zone was selected in Setup>Travel>Preferences AND there was a blank departure or arrival date.
Travel items function as expected including when Enable Time Zone is switched on, even if arrival or departure date is blank
Payments & Taxes

If Payment Batches were enabled, sending a receipt attached to a Merge Doc would fail and would trigger a High Alert if any recipient(s) had two or more items (Payment/Receipt/Audit).
You can now send Merge Docs as normal, even when Payment Batches are enabled and multiple payment items/receipts are involved.
Issue with Adjustments that were canceled when using the tax type “Percentage Add On to Full Amount”.
This tax type now calculates correctly for canceled adjustments.
Improvements - Country Lists
What’s been improved? (What you’ll now experience)
In response to a user suggestion, you can now create multiple Country Lists in Libraries. You can also copy an existing list to use as a base.
Application Setup – Office: When a Country List has been selected, the associated countries appear in the drop-down menu.
Event - Select a Country List, then save.
Interactive Site & Contact - Only countries from the list selected for that event will appear in drop-down menus.
Office, Contact, Presentation Affiliation, Accommodation (hotel), Supplier: You can also add a country using the drop-down menu if it doesn’t already appear in the list.
Other Included Features:
If you only have one country list, this will be added by default to all your events.
If you have more than one country list, you’ll be prompted to choose the correct list when you set up your event.
Country lists support UTF-8 characters (e.g. Asian languages, Arabic, etc).
You can create Sandbox events with the correct Country List.
