What's been improved?
What you'll now experience
Reporting & Analytics
It’s now easier to report on attendee app analytics such as unique logins, which modules are being accessed and for how long, number of surveys have been answered, etc. You can find this information in analytics in the OnAIR portal (reports).
Performance (includes Virtual Attendee Portal)
Multiple performance improvements when updating or amending, working with assets, cloning, etc.
Update/Save button
The Update/Save button is now always visible when creating or changing the “Attendee App & OnAIR Visibility” personal details.
Document naming
The way documents are named in the Attendee App now matches the OnAIR portal (the actual document name or abstract heading is now shown, rather than just the document type).
Push notifications
Clicking on a push notification now takes attendees directly to the relevant message (rather than just opening the app).

Image resizing
You can resize images by selecting them and dragging corners and handles to resize. (You don't need to use Image/Insert (Edit) from the menu, although that still also works.)

IMPROVEMENT - Password policy settings

Inactivity time-out
There’s now a setting under Password Policy (Application Setup) that requires a user to log in again after a period of no mouse or keyboard movements. The default setting is 15 minutes.
Accounting
What were the problems?
What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)
Budget - copying After copying a budget, saving the copy would clear any quantities and amounts from the original.
Quantity and Amount fields no longer change in original budget when copied and saved.
Budget - totals Expense amounts were also displayed in the budget under an income account.
Budget once more shows correct account totals.
Financial summary refresh The “Refresh” button for the financial summary widget would only work if you first switched to another panel and back again.
This feature now works as expected.
AIRCast Studio

Stream to AV partner Program Preview video and audio feed were freezing in the AV Partner interface.
Program preview feed in the AV Partner interface now works correctly.
Application Setup
What were the problems?
What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)
Country lists (cloning) Cloning an event was creating duplicate Country Lists.
Cloning an event now only creates the required set of country lists.
Suppliers (address) Problems entering a value into the “state” field when creating a supplier.
You can manually enter a new value in this field; for a pre-existing value, country will auto-select.
Custom user access to CC vault The setting to allow a custom user access to the credit card vault wasn’t working.
You can once more grant CC Vault access to a custom user.
Attendee App
What were the problems?
What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)
Agenda (if changed from Setup) Agenda (in the Attendee App) was crashing if changes to sessions or functions were made from the Setup panel.
This feature now works as it should.
iPhone installation update options On an iPhone, the option to say ‘no’ to installing an update wasn’t showing.
This display error has been fixed.
Meeting Hub notifications Meeting requests were still being sent to attendees even after logging out of the app.
Meeting requests won’t come through when attendees are logged out.
Static content images (in builder) Intermittent error messages when trying to see images in Static Content in the Attendee App builder.
Images in Static Content are working as normal once more.
Communications

Merge Docs - Add to Wallet feature The Add to Wallet feature in Merge Docs wasn’t working for iPhones.
This feature now works again as expected.
Merge Docs - Sending problem After changing a Merge Doc and trying to send from the Attendee Panel, it wouldn’t send.
You can now send an updated Merge Doc as normal.
Express Actions - Bulk Create
What was the problem?
What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)
Some options missing Two options were missing from Bulk Create in Express Actions.
The payment status options “Group Inventory” & “Canceled – Group Inventory” now appear once more in Bulk Create.
Even when multiple taxes are set up, finalized miscellaneous invoices show tax amounts correctly.
Supplier invoices - zero amount It wasn’t possible to create a supplier invoice with a total amount of zero.
If desired, you can now create supplier invoices with a net amount of zero in the browser version of EventsAir.
Interactive sites (registration sites)
What were the problems?

Logic (function fee type) If logic rules for a hotel room were based on a function fee type (and whether >, <, or equal to a numerical value), the screen would go blank.
You can create a hotel display logic rule based on a function fee type with a number value.
Logic (based on marketing tag) Interactive site logic based on a marketing tag and embedded within a component wasn’t working correctly. .
You can once more have interactive site items or pages display based on how someone responds to a marketing tag.
Text fields Registration sites would accept non-text entries in text fields, presenting a potential security risk.
Text fields will only accept text.
Waitlists Waitlist feature could be switched off in Setup even after being used in an interactive site.
If a registration type with waitlist enabled is being used on an interactive site, you can’t alter that later in Setup.
Membership

Discount codes (time zone related) Discount codes couldn’t be added to membership items if the event timezone was a negative offset (e.g UTC -07:00).
You can now add discount codes to membership items via the contact record, regardless of time zone.
Reports

Global reports (in Application Setup) Preview not working for Global Hotel Setup report.
This report can once more be previewed.
Attendee Meeting Schedule The Attendee Meeting Schedule Report wasn’t showing correct results for contacts with shared diaries.
Retweeting to EventStream Twitter have changed the way the ‘Retweet’ function integrates with EventStream (to created automated reposting of anything with your event hashtag or another hashtag you choose).

Wowza video streaming (backend)
What was the problem?
What's been fixed (what you'll now experience)
Change to authentication (no change for end users) Wowza have changed their authentication method, but this is a backend streaming service that powers some AIRCast features.
The integration is set up differently, however as an end user, you don’t need to make any changes.
