Using the Local Storage Option

The Local Storage feature provides users with the ability to operate the Organizer App in the offline mode. You can choose which data you wish to save locally, allowing you to perform dozens of onsite tasks even if you lose Internet connectivity.

Organizers can select which Organizer App functions they wish to save to Local Storage by sliding the On/Off slider for each item.

Then, they will need to select Update Local Storage to save the current data to the local device.

In case of an Internet outage, slowdown, or simply being offsite and away from the Internet, organizers and their teams can switch to offline mode so management tasks can continue without delay.

When the Internet connectivity is restored, organizers can switch back to online mode and all data is synchronized to the cloud.
