Attendee Panel - CE Courses Module


The CE Course module in EventsAir lets you manage all of the continuing education (CE) courses for associations, colleges, universities and other organizations that require CE, and track the credits or points awarded for each. Items you can manage in CE Courses include:

Finding Your Course

You may have hundreds, or even thousands of courses set up in the CE module - how can you quickly locate the one you want?

Whenever you see "Search to select a course", press the Search button. Enter into the search box any detail about the course - it will then search the Course Name, Unique Code, Master Course Code, and Series Code, and return any courses that contain your search term in any of these fields. You do not need to type in the complete code or name; typing in a part of it will return all matching courses.

Tip: If you are not getting the results you expect, check the Course Dates in the Search window; these are part of your search criteria.

Details Tab

  • Course - you can search your course catalog here.
  • Course Fee Type
  • Number of Tickets
  • Payment Status
  • Tax and Total Charge
  • Date Registered
  • Comment
  • Grade
  • Score
  • Attendance Status
    • Registered
    • Attended
    • Deferred
    • Canceled
    • Pending
    • In Progress
    • No Show
    • No Passed

Itinerary Tab

Tip: This is where you can view the specific itinerary details for the course. You can also edit these details if needed.
The itinerary details can be merged into Merge Docs for additional information that you can communicate to the attendee.
  • Replace Standard Itinerary Information - if you check this box then this itinerary will overwrite the standard course itinerary text for this specific attendee. Otherwise, your additional itinerary information will be added to the standard course itinerary information (configured in Course Setup).

Tax Tab

The Tax Tab shows taxes that have been applied, or you can add a tax to the currently selected CE Course.
