Using Zoom Meetings as your Live Stream Provider

To connect your Zoom Account to Live Streaming in EventsAir, you need to enable security settings from your primary Zoom account, the one that owns the webinar functions of Zoom. This is crucial as it is possible to have many different Zoom Meeting accounts (free and paid) linked to your primary account.

Tip: We recommend you give the connection an easily identifiable name depending on your requirements. You may be managing multiple connections to Zoom.

IMPORTANT NOTE: By design, EventsAir will add all users on your Zoom account as panelists to each session you create in EventsAir (and will create the corresponding webinar in Zoom automatically). This is because you may have multiple people on your team who need to access the meeting settings in the actual Zoom control panel.
